Michael "Chip" Weber
Unit Commander 

Served in the United States Marine Corps for eight years. Service includes tours of duty in Okinawa, Japan and California. Deployed on a naval vessel for a West Pac and also deployed to Iraq for 9 months.

 Married to Jennifer Weber and together we have four kids that really know how to push my buttons!

Currently works for Butler County Sherriff Officer.

 Loves to PT (physical training).

 Believes that every child in America should become involved in some sort of youth development program that is void of the politics some national groups are known for. 

Ben Sundine
Executive Officer 

Graduated for Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a teaching degree for K-12 Physical Education with a middle school science endorsement.

 Married to his wonderful wife Stephanie Sundine and together they have one son who keeps them busy.

 Currently working for Harris School Solutions in the Education division.

 Enjoys spending time with his family and loves to play competitive softball. Doesn't have as much time to play since joining the Young Marine program.

 Believes the Young Marines is a wonderful program and feels blessed to be part of it. He has had the honor to see how the program is developing young kids into stronger young men and women.
