Dr. Kirsch "Gunner" has been a staff member with Keystone for 20 years and brings his expertise as a Marine and an educator to our program.  Members benefit from his huge knowledge base, discipline, and abilities to lead and teach, sharing his life-time of values with our members.

John Donley

Executive Officer 

John Donley, a Marine Vietnam Veteran, has been a member of our staff as both a Training Office and Executive Officer, sharing his devotion to citizenship, honoring our veterans, and sharing what hard work and commitment can bring to the lives of Young Marines!

Bettina Radcliff


Bettina Radcliff joined Keystone at it's inception in 1996 as a parent of a Young Marine and remains as a "civilian" staff member believing in the program values and benefits it has to offer youths today.

MISSION The mission of the Young Marines is to positively impact America's future by providing quality youth development programs for boys and girls that nurtures and develops its members into responsible citizens who enjoy and promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.
